200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and 200 hour Coaching Yoga, Coaching Life certificate. Since I started practicing Yoga when my daughter was born in 2011, I have never gone without it. Yoga became a part of me since the first time I stepped on my mat in a Beginners Class that was geared towards Iyengars teaching methods, alignment based. After three years of constant practice and devotion I signed up for my first Yoga training out of Well Heart Yoga in Cape Elizabeth. I then went back to the studio where it all started for me and trained under my mentor and became certified in Life Coaching through Yoga at Redefining Yoga & Pilates Ti Chi. Off the mat, I volunteer in my daughters classroom and school. My family and I enjoy spending time with with friends, going to camp every chance we can in the summer, hiking, and ice hockey in the winter months. Aside from teaching, I am a professional gardener. I look forward to meeting new people and welcome any beginners to my classes as my classes will always be about YOU! Namaste

Though it was on a whim that Anna found her way to yoga 15 years ago, she was quickly drawn to the practice by the calm she felt after each class. Teaching is a new part of her practice, but sharing it with others has helped her fall in love with yoga all over again. She received her training from Fluid Yoga School and strives to carry the spirit of fluidity with her on and off the mat. In Anna’s classes you can expect her fun, outgoing personality to shine through. Working to make every member of her class comfortable and challenged, she will lead flows that work, strength, body, balance and most importantly the mind!

After years of gymnastics and competitive cheer leading, Ali wanted something more. She still wanted to sweat but she wanted something that would change her, build her, and inspire her daily. Ali began her yoga practice in 2010. She attended her first hot yoga class when she was going through a traumatic time in her life. She walked out an emotional wreck, fatigued, and drenched in sweat. Yet she felt connected for the first time. She completed her 200 hour training at Well Heart Yoga Studio in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Additionally, she is certified in Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. She is excited to be enrolling in her 500 hour certification this Spring!
You can catch Ali spending most of her time upside down these days because inversions are her jam (so expect them in her classes!) Her goal is to spread the joy that she’s found through yoga and to teach others how they can find it too. Her teaching style is refreshing, encouraging and playful. Using cues, and pose breakdowns, she helps students understand the movement of their body and strives to guide them towards personal growth no matter what level yogi they are.
