January is a month filled with hope and expectation. However, did you know that 80% of New Year’s Resolutions fail by February? Most people get through the holiday season rushing and over committed, then arrive depleted going into the new year. With this in mind, we are excited to announce a studio wide Self-Care Challenge for the month of January! 31 days, taking small intentional moments to recharge and nourish ourselves. Creating habits that will launch us into a year of health and wellbeing!
How does it work? Sign up in-studio, or send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or social media message so we know you’re in! You will receive support from us via weekly emails encouraging you to take time out of your day for YOU! We will send along suggestions and ideas to help you develop self-care habits!
What do you do?
1. Practice Yoga. Come to the studio as much as possible! We are offering a month of unlimited yoga at $80 for the month of January only! We will keep track of who practices the most in the month of January and that person will win a Jade Yoga Mat ($75 dollar value)!
2. Document your self-care. Self-care can look different for each person, so we are encouraging you to share what your self-care looks like as often as you can! Use the hashtag #GYCselfcare2018 to share your moment of ‘me’ time! You also may be featured on our social media, AND every time you share a picture you are entered into a drawing for a self-care gift pack!
3. Attend Events. We have 4 fun, self-care focused events lined up at the studio for every Thursday night in the month of January from 7:30-8:30pm. Show up, learn something new and get entered into a drawing to win some studio swag given away at each event!
