When the weather starts to turn colder, our body (both internally and externally) can experience shifts and transitions. Things like stiffness, depression, dry skin, fear, and creaky joints can start to emerge. While many of us just hunker down and endure, we can support our body and learn to thrive instead of survive the colder months of Maine! Ayurveda offers seasonal shifts and suggestions for our diet, movement, and everyday habits that can bring balance and set us up for a healthy and fulfilled winter!
