 Join Amber for this Fall Rhythms Workshop! November 8th, 7:15pm $25 pre-register or $30 at the door, FREE for members (email us!).  When the weather starts to turn colder, our body (both internally and externally) can experience shifts and transitions. Things like stiffness, depression, dry skin, fear, and creaky joints can start to emerge. While many of us just hunker down and endure, we can support our body and learn to thrive instead of survive the colder months of Maine! Ayurveda offers seasonal shifts and suggestions for our diet, movement, and everyday habits that can bring balance and set us up for a healthy and fulfilled winter!  This workshop will be a combination of lecture, group discussion, movement, samples, and other applied practices.  Join us for a night of community as we help save the planet and boost our fall/winter wardrobe!  Please drop off (  your   *no kids clothes please*) gently used and freshly washed clothes the starting Nov. 23rd. We would like to have all the clothes there prior to the event so we can set it up in an 'easy to shop' manner!  This is also a potluck event, so please bring something to share and plan on hanging out for a couple of hours!  We can't wait to 'shop' and dine with you!  Xo,  Amber & Jessi
