Explore new depths of healing and relaxation with the combined benefits of restorative yoga and massage. The poses of restorative yoga will bring you to a place of comfort and ease, where you will feel fully supported, allowing the body to receive healing on a deeper level. Layered into selected poses, experience the therapeutic benefits of massage, making space in the body for healing to occur through slow compression, heated herbal compresses and gentle passive stretching.
It is recommended to dress comfortably for this class, and in layers as the body temperature may feel cool after time. You will remain in each restorative pose for several minutes, receiving bodywork periodically throughout the class. Arrive prepared to receive hands-on assists and massage.

Class space is limited to 12 people. Please arrive to class at least 15 minutes early for a brief intake with Sara-Lee and Kate so that we can touch base with you about your specific needs and wishes and so that we may begin on time.
