The key to flight is finding your center balance and learning what needs to be engaged while balancing on our palms; this workshop will break down all of that for you!
In this workshop we’ll start with a yoga flow to get the body warmed up. We'll throw in some core exercises to help you achieve flight while offering modifications for all levels. We will break down each pose, step-by-step, and learn tips and tricks to lift your body off the ground!
We will be focusing on the following poses:
Bakasana (crow) and the other variations associated with bakasana.
