To wrap up our Self Care Challenge, join us on Thursday, January 31st for an 80s themed Vino and Vinyasa! Dress your best 80s style and flow to our favorite vintage jams.  The person with the biggest hair wins a prize!  We will flow for an hour and then sip wine as we make vision boards for 2019!   What you can bring:    Scissors (we will have extras!)    Magazines or anything you would like to include on your board    We will provide:    Some Magazines    Glue    Boards    Other random crafty embellishments     Let's visualize and manifest everything we want for 2019! Enjoy the benefit of private instruction at a fraction of the cost in our small group beginners series. It is designed for people who are new to yoga or who have been away from it. In this six-class series, you’ll gain confidence in moving in and out of postures, develop camaraderie with other students who are learning too, and be prepared to enter a regular class with ease. Each class will introduce you to a new set of yoga techniques and then its application through movement and posture. We will work on breath, body alignment and awareness, proper muscle engagement, and more! You will receive one-on-one direction, hands-on assistance, and personal feedback in order to find modifications to best help you reach your potential. $100 for all 6 weeks. Sundays 12 pm, 75mins. 12 spots available!

We will discuss breastfeeding right after delivery, your baby’s hunger cues and normal eating &amp; sleeping needs, comfortable nursing positions, pumping, and how parents can take care of themselves in the first weeks after your baby is born! This class is an opportunity to build community with other couples making the same transition to parenthood!  Three part series, each class will be 90 minutes long. $75 per couple.

Come explore, play, relax, and move with your child!  Teach them tools of managing stress and finding calm that they can bring into their lives!  This 4-week series is designed for moms or dads and their child between the ages of 5-10. If your child falls outside of that age range, but you are still interested, please send us an email!  This will be an actual yoga class where children are expected to participate by staying on their mats, moving their bodies, and finding stillness and silence when appropriate.  $50 for all 4 weeks. Price includes both you and your child. Members of GYC- FREE!  *Please only register yourself online, not your child.  Space is limited to 10 groups of 2.

Join Armella for this 2 hour workshop that is for anyone who is interested in taking flight in arm balances!

The key to flight is finding your center balance and learning what needs to be engaged while balancing on our palms; this workshop will break down all of that for you!

In this workshop we’ll start with a yoga flow to get the body warmed up. We'll throw in some core exercises to help you achieve flight while offering modifications for all levels. We will break down each pose, step-by-step, and learn tips and tricks to lift your body off the ground!
