Class Descriptions

Flow For All

Flow for all is a vinyasa class that will have students linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.  Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, gentle backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. Open to all experience levels (beginners welcome!) and individual modifications will be available.

Yoga For Lunch

Make the most of your lunch break!  Enjoy an invigorating midday yoga class to keep you going all day long.  This class is just like our Flow for all class, but designed to get you in and out, and back to your desk, kids, errands, and other daily activities (with a clear mind and strong body!).

Hour of Power

A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

Heated Core Power

Similar to our power class, with an emphasis on core. Move your body and breath in unison as you sweat on your mat! Studio heated to 80-85 degrees. 

Slow Flow

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Slow Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace. Experienced students will still have the option to take it to the next level.

Restorative + Aromatherapy

Calm the mind and body with this soothing Restorative Yoga class.  Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks.  During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body.  Students leave feeling nourished, well rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity.  Guided mindfulness/meditation is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome. Savasana will be assisted by aromatherapy to soak in all the benefits of the practice.

 Warm Flow + Aromatherapy

You can expect all of the same elements that you receive in our other signature Flow class- an inventive and vigorous flowing of postures guided by deep and steady breath, along with the added ingredient of a glistening, purifying sweat (room heated to 75-80). This energizing practice will end with a blissful savasana, assisted by aromatherapy to soak in all the benefits of the practice.
